Helical Cutterhead for Delta RC JT-360 6" Jointer

Upgrading your jointer with this helical cutterhead is straightforward and will take your jointer to the next level. Your jointer will cut much smoother while the noise will be reduced by more than 50%. The helical head is designed to perfectly replace the G6/63 cutter head for 6" jointers.

The true helical design of this helical head allows for true shear action, and the corner-redius design of the blades eliminates the marks on the wood and reduces the possibility to break the blades. Thus our helical cutter head is ready to offer you:

8. To properly align the inserts, please tighten them to approximately 6 Newton-meter torque. Please refer to the manual for guidance on installing the carbide insert knives when replacing them.
