    The 15" helical spiral cutter head with 68 top-quality tungsten carbide insert knives will upgrade your 15-inch planer to the next level.

    • The true helical head offers a true shear action: blades are set at an angle to deliver a shear cut.
    • The helical cutter head produces a perfect surface quality that you do not have to sand.
    • Enjoy 40 times the lifetime of the original HSS blades, thanks to our superior tungsten carbide inserts.
    • You can reduce the noise by more than 50%.

    1. Upgraded insert knives: This radius-corner design helps to reduce tear-out and create smooth finishes while lowering the risk of broken blades.
    2. Durability: Crafted from premium-grade steel and coated with black oxide to increase resistance to corrosion, this helical cutter head is reliable and resilient.

      Our helical heads are precision machined by 5-axis CNC machines, resulting in excellent coaxiality. The tungsten carbide insert knives are made of 100% raw material, so compared with HSS knives, we provide you 

      • Minimize the tear outs and sanding after planing.
      • 400% longer lifetime from our proud carbide insert.
      • Higher work efficiency thanks to faster feed speed.
      • No sharpening and knife change any more.
      • Dramatically reduce the noise level by OVER 50%.
      • If you need spare blades, please click 15x15x2.5mm-30°-R150 carbide insert knives. 
      • To properly align the inserts, please tighten them to approximately 6 Newton-meter torque.
      • In case you're unable to locate a cutter head that matches your machine model, we also provide an option for a custom cutter head.
