    Our helical heads are precision machined by 5-axis CNC machines, resulting in excellent coaxiality. The tungsten carbide insert knives are made of 100% raw material, so compared with HSS knives, we provide you 

    • Minimize the tear-outs and sanding after planing.
    • 400% longer lifetime from our proud carbide insert.
    • Higher work efficiency thanks to faster feed speed.
    • Producing much smaller chips and your dust collection system will function more efficiently.
    • Changing blades is effortless and does not require adjustment.
    • No need to re-sharpen the blades any longer.
    • Decrease noise levels by OVER 50%.
    • To properly align the inserts, please tighten them to approximately 6 Newton-meter torque.
    • In case you're unable to locate a cutter head that matches your machine model, we also provide an option for a custom cutter head. If you need spare blades, please click 15x15x2.5mm-30°-R150-4R0.5 carbide insert knives.

    Great value! This is an amazing cutter head for the price. Precision,high quality and super heavy duty. Inserts come unassembled but that actually made it easier and safer to install. It’s amazing how much quieter this is compared to the standard straight-blade cutter, and the cut is very clean…no marks…no tear-out. Very satisfied with this purchase!
