I have an older Shopfox 6in jointer and wasn’t sure if this cutterhead would fit. I reached out to customer care and they were great in giving me answers, and truthfully responding that it should, but they were not 100% sure. I gave it a try and it worked perfect. It cuts so well, smooth and quiet. Very happy with the purchase.

I was looking for a helical planer, but realised soon the most common brands were all out of my buget. Saw a review of the FB131H 13" and thought I give it a try.
I am just a hobby woodworker, and for me so far it has been amazing.
Got some old fence posts from a neighbour, which were intended for the skip, but which didn't look too bad in my eyes.
I had a mudkitchen for a school lined up and thought those fence posts would be ideal.
I made a jig and ran the wood through the planer, to get one side flat. Once this was done, it was just a 'feeding in' process with the other side.
The result was pretty good and I there weren't any visible marks on the finished pieces.
Negatives - Sometimes it struggles a bit to feed the wood in (almost like it is too thick - which it isn't). Once it is on the rollers it goes through smoothly, sometimes hardly taking anything off at all (cutterhead not lowered enough - happens usually with the first round, as I am over cautious).
It's easy to losen the brake, but I struggle a bit with pulling the brake towards me. Usually I use my stronger hand to pull the brake towards me, while the other hand rests on the planer top. - No big deal, but it could be bit easier.
I am very happy with the planer and can only recommend it.

Sold my Dewalt 13” planer and recently purchased this one. It sounds quiter to me and the carbide cutters are so much better . I’m very happy with this planer.

I've used all the top brands from sorby to Henry Taylor crown etc over more than 40 years and I find it as good as any. The price puts it way out in front.

Since this is my first miter saw, I wasn't totally sure what to expect, but setting it up was pretty simple. The manual is in black and white, so the illustrations were a little hard to follow, but I managed to get everything set up correctly. It feels really solid in person, which gave me confidence right away.
Using the saw was straightforward after I watched a few YouTube videos on do's and don'ts alongside reading the manual. I actually prefer using a corded version for the extra power, so that works well for me. And so happy with the shadow line guide!
I bought this mainly for the random cuts I might need around the place, and it's been great. When I needed to bevel an item, this saw made the process simple and easy, especially once I picked up an angle finder. Since it's my only saw, I don't have much to compare it to, but it gets the job done without any fuss.
This is a great product and I am thankful for it. It does drag on the motor some, but even with the straight blades, planing wide boards required more passes with less thickness planed off each pass. Same with this. Quieter operation. Smooth but has very light scallop effect which is easily sanded off. Installation is straightforward. Take your time and do not rush. Watch a solid video on how, as well. Glad I made this purchase.

Fit and finish are great and cutters I've used so far are working very well. You can buy multiples of this set compared to the original.

The cutter head looks good , I had a fire last spring and am still working on getting the shop back together. I started working on the jointer and still haven’t finished.
