I was very happy to receive my Cryo bowl gouge at my Thailand address,,and even more happy to find out how well this tool cuts and keeps its edge. I will certainly be buying some more in due course rather than bring my old ones across from the Uk,especially as most are HSS. These M2 Cryo are superb. As woodturner for 56 years I can most definitely recommend them. The price was very good too.

I recently purchased the FB131H 13" planer from FindBuyTool.
Unfortunately, the first unit (which was a second-hand unit sold for DIY replacement of parts) arrived damaged during transit due to poor handling. However, this is where their customer service really impressed me. Their investigation and requests for evidence were very reasonable, and the communication was very prompt, which in my experience is quite unique these days. There was no blame shifting, they were very honest, acknowledged both the transport damage and the packaging issue, and worked with me to find a fair solution. There were often multiple emails in a day, and there was never any doubt that I was speaking to a real person.
In the end, they arranged a brand new replacement at a heavily reduced cost and even allowed me to keep the damaged unit for spare parts.
The delivery of both the originally purchased unit and the replacement unit was extremely fast – the replacement was agreed on Friday and the new unit was at my door on Tuesday (UK).
Of course, I would have preferred the original planer to arrive undamaged and to have cost me a few pounds less, but I also understand their business position. What matters to me is how the problem was handled, and in my experience FindBuyTool dealt with the situation honestly, professionally, and fairly.
Based on my experience, I would happily recommend both the FB131H planer and FindBuyTool's customer service.

Packaging was good. Blades appear to be good quality and sharp. I have not had a chance to use them yet, I'm waiting for my old ones to dull.

Very pleased with this planer no snipe and is very smoth.

The replacement helical cutter head performs very nicely. Installation was straightforward with no issues. The only downside was that it shipped from China. Overall I’m very pleased with it and would recommend it.

This was an amazing transformation for my Dewalt 735 planer. Cut quality is excellent along with noise reduction. I had replaced my Rigid Jointer with a helical cutterhead from FindBuyTools and impressed with the results and decided to upgrade my planer... with plans to replace cutterhead in my Rigid 13" planer for quality - smooth - no tear out cuts... highly recommend FindBuyTool for any helical cutterhead purchase.

Been using my jet 6" jointer for 15 years with straight knives. There is no comparison in the improved cut and noise with this helix shaped head. Fairly easy to install and tweak to complainer with bed. Brought back enjoyment dealing with rough stock.

Very impressed with the service and the product itself. Very tight tolerances and everything nicely deburrred. The cutting quality is amazing and sound reduction also. Great fan already!

What can I say, this thing is a beast. I did a bit of tuning out of the box to lessen snipe, but by time I had it dialed in the snip was almost nonexistent. I think the nicest feature is just how reliable repeat thicknesses are when preparing stock. The results are consistent, which is worth the price in and of itself.

Habe den FB131H jetzt einige Zeit im Einsatz und bin wirklich begeistert. Besonders der Spiral-Messerkopf macht einen riesigen Unterschied zu meinem alten Hobel – die Oberflächen werden extrem sauber, da muss ich kaum noch nachschleifen.

Klar, die Bestellung hat etwas gedauert, weil das Gerät nicht sofort lieferbar war, aber der Kundenservice war sehr transparent und hat mich immer auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Alles in allem: Das Warten hat sich absolut gelohnt. Für das Geld bekommt man hier ein richtig solides Gerät, das in meiner Werkstatt mittlerweile nicht mehr fehlen darf. Kann ich jedem weiterempfehlen, der keine Lust mehr auf Ausrisse hat.

Really loved the way this planed maple. It leaves it about as smooth as a drum sander. Excellent update to my Dewalt planer.
