Installing the helical cutter head is straightforward, and the 56 carbide inserts it contains will minimize the tear-outs and the need for post-planing sanding compared with helical spiral cutterheads of other brands.

This well-manufactured helical spiral cutterhead is an OEM head, so you need to install the cutter head before mounting the carbide inserts. The tungsten carbide inserts are made from 100% raw material, so compared with HSS knives, we provide you:

• 40 times longer lifetime thanks to the 56 carbide inserts.
• Feed faster and more consistently than the original cutter head.
• Same diameter as the original cutterhead.
