The FB132H 2-speed planer is a professional-grade woodworking machine with two adjustable speeds: 26 FPM and 14 FPM.
26 FPM – Ideal for roughing, quickly planing to the desired thickness, such as planing untreated wood and removing bark.

Powerful 15A 2.5 HP 20000 RPM Motor

This 15A, 2.5HP (1800W) motor delivers high torque and stable power, turning the cutterhead at 10,000 RPM. It plans through dense hardwoods like oak and maple without being stuck and stops - even on 6" thick, 13" wide boards.The use of gear transmission offers higher transmission efficiency and a relatively smaller load on the motor, which can effectively extend the motor's lifespan.

2-Row Helical Cutterhead

This helical cutterhead planer comes loaded with 30 carbide inserts with 4 cutting edges. When an edge dulls, simply rotate the insert to a fresh edge - or replace it entirely when needed. This smart design keeps maintenance quick and affordable. It's perfect for high-volume professional shops. Compared to traditional straight knives, this lifespan lasts 4X longer.

Precision Height Adjustment

Our four ball screw assembly with worm gear drive achieve precise adjustment within ±0.05mm. Unlike standard screw-and-gear mechanisms, this professional-grade setup maintains its precision over time.
Visible Depth Scale

The depth scale shows the height of the cutterhead from the feed table. Dual-sided scales (inches and millimeters) accommodate both Imperial and metric users. Combined with the handwheel, you can easily adjust precise dimensions without guesswork.

Adjustable Feed Table

We've added pull-out extensions to the heavy-gauge infeed and outfeed tables, allowing you to extend the table length up to 45 inches to handle longer plates. This keeps the plate coplanar with the table, providing better support and preventing it from tipping or breaking.
Less Vibration

This thickness planer features a cast aluminum base that's 2X as rigid as a standard planer with a larger base area and a lower center of gravity to minimize vibration. Holes on the base of the FB132H allow it to be securely fixed to a workbench. This allows for smoother, flatter cuts with less snipping and tearing out.
4" Dust Port with Chip Ejection

The fan-assisted chip evacuation system scrapes chips off the 3,000 RPM cutterhead and directs them straight into the included dust bag, preventing clogs and protecting the cutterhead. It's high-capacity 4-inch port connects easily to standard shop vacs or dust collectors, removing 95% of chips during use.

Exceeded my expectations

I took a gamble and bought a brand new planer hoping the companies track record and the feature set offered for the price would pay off. I can safely say that it has so far exceeded my expectations. The boards come out looking like they have been hand planed. Very happy with the price point and performance.

Side note. I ordered extra carbide inserts at the same time. When the package was delivered I could not find them. I contacted customer service and they asked me to look 1 place. Not finding them there they without question just sent me a new set on their dime.

FB132H 13 IN. 2 Speed Planer

I have been very impressed with this planer and am glad I made the purchase. I was hesitant at first since I had a Dewalt for years but I wanted the helical cutter and this new machine really looked good. All the features plus more that the DeWalt had including looks were there. The cutter head and machine is awesome a real test was working with Purple Heart, it it didn’t tear out like the DeWalt did and left a nice smooth finish. The dust collection with a 4 in.hookup worked perfectly and the 2 speed is great I basically use the 2 setting as it leaves everything nice and smooth. I did sell my dewalt 735x for half of what this cost so I would have a machine built for this cutter head . The extension on the infeed and out feed was the second reason for me buying this they are nice and solid. I will also mention snipe on properly prepared boars there was none and where there was some it was very mild compared to the blade version.Here is something that was very important to me before writing this, was the customer service since this was not a company I was familiar with. I tested them on a few questions and a problem I had mainly because you have to email there service or tech support . I must say that I got a nice response every time the next day and everything was taking care of nicely. This gave me piece of mind I will look into there other products and as now would highly recommend this planer if anything changes I will update.

Machorool FB132H planer

This machine is a beast,I almost couldn't believe its performance.Very precise and accurate.
Right out of the box,it performs like a champ.
The quality and result on the pieces of wood you insert is absolutely amazing.The finish is just unbelievable.No sanding needed after that.
I will post a video pretty soon.Something that really amazed me is how quiet it is compared to other planers and it is almost the quietest machine in my shop.
It looks mean and built like a tank.it is very heavy(107lb).I built a heavy duty rolling stand and boom.
I really love this planer and hope that it will last for a long time.I would totally advise people to buy it if they can.
Another thing I like about this company is how fast they shipped it and always keep in touch with you via email afterwards.

FB132H 13" Planer

Item was very well packaged and instructions were very clear. Installing a couple of handles was easy and ready to go. No need for leveling or setting up infeed and outfeed platforms. I did have an issue with the LED light not working, but customer support was very helpful in the troubleshooting. Ultimately I had to replace a wire, and all was good. The operation of the planer was fantastic. I've used it to plane rough cedar boards, and even on the fast setting, the result was very smooth, so smooth I don't have to sand further. Didn't notice any snipe and was planing 8 ft and 10 ft boards. The dust port works well connected to a shop vac, although not perfect. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase, feels like a very robust machine and only time will tell about the reliability. For the price, I don't think you can find a better option that includes a helical blade.

Initial thoughts

Easy to unbox and set up. Lathe is quiet and user friendly. Vibration and shaking are minimal, even when just run on a folding table. I only have 30 mins on the lathe so far, but results with bolivian rosewood have been good. I will update after mounting to a heavy workbench and trying the belt adjustments for running at the higher RPMs.

Amazing planer

This planer is amazing. I had a Delta 22-540 prior to this and the FindBuyTool was a HUGE upgrade. This planer has virtually no snipe. It works great on figured wood. I love the cut depth gauge, the outfeed tables, helical cutterhead, the two speeds. Its just a great planer.
