Can I replace the sanding belts/discs?
Can I replace the sanding belts/discs?
Yes, the sanding belt and disc are replaceable as long as the dimensions match. To extend their lifespan and keep your disc/belt clean, it is recommended to use an abrasive cleaning stick for sanding belt/disc(rubber eraser). Just be extremely careful when using the eraser, as the machine can easily grab it. I usually hold the eraser at a 45° angle to reduce the risk of it catching and pulling your hand into the belt.
Can I use a belt & disc sander on metal?
Can I use a belt & disc sander on metal?
Yes,you can. However, first equip the sander with a belt specifically designed for metal sanding. Standard wood sanding belts wear out quickly when used on metal.
