High-Carbon Steel Bandsaw Blade for Woodworking

• Constant Pitch: Optional for 6 TPI, 10 TPI & 14 TPI. High TPI for Fine Cuts: For thin materials or plywood where chipping is a concern, use 10–14 TPI. More teeth per inch result in a smoother finish but slower cutting speed.
• Width option:
  For tight, intricate curves: 1/4" width.
  For general DIY curves and some straight stability: 3/8" width.
  For intricate curves, a 1/4" width, 10 TPI bandsaw blade is recommended for high maneuverability and smooth edges.
  For general DIY woodworking, a 3/8" width, 6 TPI bandsaw blade is recommended as the best all-around option for both curved and straight cuts.
• Recommendation: For general-purpose use, a 3⁄8-in., 6-tpi, carbon-steel bandsaw blade would be it. This blade has enough width to handle most rip cuts in material up to 2 in. thick without deflecting but is narrow enough to cut mild curves. It's also good for quick crosscuts.
• Ideal for perfect for re-sawing, rip cut, cross cut, curve cut and producing tight curves on hard and soft woods, plastic or plus non-ferrous metals.
• Suitable for cutting curved bends/cutting beads and similar small cylindrical objects.
• Compatibility: Compatible with most manufacturers' 8-10 inch band saw machines. Please check the tensioner range of your bandsaw before purchasing bandsaw blades.
