If you cannot find a router bit that matches your requirements, you can submit your CAD drawing to request a custom router bit.
  1. Prepare Your CAD Drawing
    Please prepare a CAD drawing with the dimensions and specifications of the router bit you need.
    The drawing should include key dimensions such as:
    • Router bit diameter
    • Shank diameter
    • Cutting length
    • Overall length
    • Cutting profile
    • Number of flutes
    • Other critical dimensions or requirements
  2. Submit Your CAD Drawing
    Please send your CAD drawing to service@findbuytool.com
    Our engineering team will review your drawing and evaluate the manufacturing requirements. We will then provide a quotation based on your design.
  3. Confirm the Design
    After reviewing your CAD drawing, our team may contact you if additional information or clarification is required.
    Once the design, specifications, price, and lead time are confirmed, we will proceed with your custom router bit order.
  4. Custom Manufacturing
    After the order is confirmed, we will manufacture your custom router bits according to the approved CAD drawing.
    Production time depends on the router bit design, dimensions, quantity, and manufacturing requirements. We will confirm the estimated lead time before production begins.
  5. Quality Inspection & Shipment
