Helical cutter head for 6" jointer features

This spiral helical cutter head with 4 cutting wings will take your jointer to the next level, cutting much smoother and reducing more than 50% of the noise. The helical head is designed to perfectly replace the G6/63 cutter head. It also fits other 6" jointers, including

Helical cutter head for 6" jointer smooth cut

Our spiral helical cutterheads are well manufactured by 5-axis CNC machines, resulting in excellent coaxiality. The tungsten carbide insert knives are made from 100% raw material, so compared with HSS knives, we provide you 

  • Producing a perfect surface finish on the hardest figured wood thanks to the 30 carbide blades.
  • 40 times longer lifetime from our proud tungsten carbide inserts.
  • The carbide inserts are set at an angle, offering a true shear cut.
  • Producing much smaller chips and your dust collection system will function more efficiently.
  • Changing blades is effortless and does not require adjustment.
  • No need to re-sharpen the blades any longer.
  • The shear cut virtually eliminates tear-outs and kick-backs.
  • Eliminating over 50% of noise.
  • We have upgraded the compatible blades from 15x15x2.5mm-R150 blades to 15x15x2.5mm-R150-4R0.5 blades. Please do not use the different blades mixedly. (If you are not sure which blades you purchased, please do not hesitate to contact us)
  • In case you're unable to locate a cutter head that matches your machine model, we also provide an option for a custom cutter head.
  • To properly align the inserts, please tighten them to approximately 6 Newton-meter torque. Please refer to the manual for guidance on installing the carbide insert knives when replacing them.

    Great decision!

    This cutterhead is amazing. It fit perfectly. Using the manual I had for my Delta 6" jointer, the install was very easy, simply removing the existing head and reversing the process to install the helical head. The quality was impressive and the performance is absolutely amazing! Given that the cost was about half of what a well known brand asks, I couldn't be more pleased. A small wait for the shipping was insignificant. If you're hesitant to purchase from this company because of where they're located, put those hesitations to rest.

    i got this for my axminster jointer and changing the cutter heads was really easy and only took about 1 hr , i'm really impressed with the quality off the cutter and the quality off the cut that you get from it.the cutter is really well made and value for money .
