How to custom your cutter head?
How to custom your cutter head?
If you cannot find a helical head for your machine model, you could follow the steps to make a custom order.
- Kindly download the spec sheet and provide details of your original cutterheads.
- Please send the information about your cutter head to our email service@findbuytool.com. We will explore if there is a compatible cutter head based on the information provided, as your machine may use one that is used in other models. Following this, we will provide you with a quote.
- If there is not a compatible cutterhead, you can remove the cutter head of your machine and send it to us. （Please leave at least one of the knives in the cutter head) Prior to sending it, we will provide you with a quote for a custom head based on the information you provide.
- As our factory is located in China, the shipping cost for sending your original cutter head could be expensive. Before sending the cutter head, kindly take into consideration both the shipping fee and our quote.
- Once we receive your cutter head, it will take approximately 15 days to manufacture the helical head. You will be charged once the manufacturing process is complete. Finally, we will send both the helical head and your original head to you.
- If you're interested in altering the design of the listed cutter heads, such as adding more inserts, a custom order is always an option.
