This helical cutter head fits the SCM Minimax FS-350 14″ jointer, producing a true shear cut that significantly reduces noise and improves cut quality. This heavy-duty helix cutterhead features 2 cutting wings and 57 carbide inserts, delivering excellent surfacing quality. Our spiral cutterheads are well manufactured by 5-spindle CNC machines, resulting in excellent coaxiality. The tungsten carbide insert knives are made of 100% raw material, so compared with HSS knives, we provide you with:
- Better wood surface finish on both hard and softwood.
- 10x lifetime from our premium carbide insert.
- Higher work efficiency.
- No need to re-sharpen the blades any longer.
- Significantly reduced noise.
