The helical cutter head is designed for 6" benchtop jointers, creating a smooth shear cut on wood without tear-outs. This is achieved by setting the blades at an angle to smoothly shear through the wood. It offers a much smoother finish and a 40 times longer lifetime than traditional cutter heads. Additionally, it produces significantly less noise.
The upgraded insert knives feature a radius-corner design that eliminates lines and scalloped surfaces and lowers the risk of blade breakage. This helical cutter head is built to last with a premium steel body that has been black oxidized for superior rust protection
The helical head perfectly fits the Craftsman CMEW020 6" bench jointers. The tungsten carbide insert knives are made from 100% raw material, so compared with HSS knives, we provide you
