This helical cutter head fits Charnwood  10"x6" Planer Thicknesser Model W582, producing a true shear cut, which will significantly reduce the noise level and raise the cut quality. This heavy-duty helix cutterhead features 4 cutting wings, and 44 carbide inserts in total, offering perfect surfacing quality. Our spiral cutterheads are well manufactured by 5-spindle CNC machines, resulting in excellent coaxiality.
