Yes. The FS255 is compatible with 8 8-inch or smaller dado blade.
What's the recommended maximum width for a dado blade?
What's the recommended maximum width for a dado blade?
Arbor length: 28 mm. Maximum dado capacity width is 13/16" (20 mm). Please remove the original throat plate and replace it with a compatible one. The original tightening screw is 6 mm, so theoretical maximum blade stack thickness you can install is approximately 20–22 mm.
