This upgrade reduces noise by over 50% and results in much smoother surface quality. This spiral helical cutter head is designed to perfectly replace the G6/63 cutter head. Our spiral helical cutterheads are well-built by 5-spindle CNC machines, resulting in excellent coaxiality. The tungsten carbide insert knives are made from 100% raw material, so compared with HSS knives, we provide you 

  • Producing a better wood surface finish that reduces additional sanding.
  • The shear cut virtually eliminates tear-outs and kick-backs.
  • 40 times longer lifetime from our proud carbide inserts.
  • Producing much smaller chips and your dust collection system will function more efficiently.
  • Changing blades is effortless and does not require adjustment.
  • No need to re-sharpen the blades any longer.
  • Eliminating over 50% of noise.
  • To properly align the inserts, please tighten them to approximately 6 Newton-meter torque.

In case you're unable to locate a cutter head that matches your machine model, we also provide an option for a custom cutter head.
